*UPDATE (November 5, 2026, 3:27 p.m.): The official X account for “Taito Station Machida” deleted the post discussed in this article prior to the update, stating, “Since it gained more traction than expected, we will be deleting the post.”

The following is the content as of the time of publication (November 5, 2:45 PM).

Sega Fave has suspended its ALL.Net and Aime arcade game network services since 3:00 PM on November 1 due to unauthorized access by a third party.

Amid this situation, the official X account for “Taito Station Machida” posted a photo of game cabinets with their screens turned off, captioned “The harsh reality of arcades…”

Game centers face dire circumstances due to unauthorized access

Sega Fave announced maintenance on November 1 via the official “All.Net Service Information” X account to address the unauthorized access. On November 2, the company posted a news article titled “Apology and Notice Regarding Unauthorized Access to Our Servers” on its official website.

As of 6:00 PM on November 2, 2026, the following services are reportedly unavailable.

  • Online gameplay for ALL.Net-compatible titles

  • Viewing store location information on the official websites of ALL.Net-supported titles

  • Use of .NET services for ALL.Net-compatible titles

  • Gameplay using Aime

  • Gameplay using PrizeON

  • SEGA Lucky Lottery Online service

  • New SEGA ID Registration

ALL.Net and Aime are also used in titles from companies other than SEGA, and Bandai Namco Experience has already announced this matter on November 2. Issues are occurring with the following Bandai Namco Experience titles that support ALL.Net:

  • "Taiko no Tatsujin"

  • "Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Versus 2: Infinite Boost"

  • "Mario Kart Arcade Grand Prix Deluxe"

  • *The Idolmaster TOURS*

  • "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Last Survivor"

  • "Fishing Spirits Wonder"

  • "Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6RR PLUS"

  • "Mobile Suit Gundam: Arsenal Base"

As a result, users who visited “Taito Station Machida” and other arcades have posted reports indicating that the game cabinets appear to be out of service.

At “Taito Station Machida,” games such as *Mobile Suit Gundam EXVS.* and *The Idolmaster Tours* reportedly cannot be played. However, some games at the location are reportedly still operational.

Furthermore, as time has passed, new problems have arisen. Some games are now unable to be played even offline due to expired license authentication.

For ALL.Net-compatible titles from the Bandai Namco Experience series, games can be played offline for up to 72 hours (3 days), but after that, the license authentication expires and they can no longer be played.

The official account for “WGC -World Game Circus-,” an arcade known for its music games and rare titles, has posted that *Taiko no Tatsujin* has stopped working.

The arcade industry has managed to overcome the difficult circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, but now, unexpectedly, reports of harsh conditions are emerging due to the impact of unauthorized access. There are still many experiences that can only be had at arcades, and we can only hope for a swift recovery.
