The official X account for ALL.Net service information announced that, as of 9:00 a.m. on November 6, there is still no timeline for resuming the arcade network services “ALL.Net” and “Aime,” which have been suspended due to unauthorized access.

The next update is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on November 8. No timeline for resumption has been provided yet.

According to the post, while efforts to restore service are ongoing, there is currently no timeline for resumption. The account stated that it will continue to provide regular updates on the situation, with the next update scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on November 8. The post also included an apology to users for the inconvenience caused.

“ALL.Net” is an online service for arcade machines provided by Sega Fave, while “Aime” is an authentication system that uses IC cards to identify players and handle the loading and saving of play data. Both services have been suspended since 3:00 PM on November 1 in response to unauthorized access by a third party.

Impact Expands to Third-Party Titles; Some Machines Shut Down Due to Expiration of Offline Operation Periods

ALL.Net and Aime are used not only in Sega titles but also in titles from other companies, so the impact is widespread.

In addition to Sega titles such as *CHUNITHM* and *maimai Deluxe*, where play via Aime is no longer possible, Bandai Namco Experience has also announced that the outage is affecting titles such as *Taiko no Tatsujin*, *Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Versus 2: Infinite Boost*“Mario Kart Arcade Grand Prix Deluxe,” and “The Idolmaster TOURS.”

As reported by Game*Spark on November 5, posts from arcades depicting cabinets with blacked-out screens have been circulating, highlighting the severity of the situation.Additionally, it is reported that Bandai Namco Experience’s ALL.Net-compatible titles are limited to a maximum of 72 hours of offline operation, and there have been reports from arcades that *Taiko no Tatsujin* has stopped operating due to expired license authentication.

With nearly a week having passed since the outage began, no timeline for restoration has yet been provided. Please check the official ALL.Net service information X account and the official announcements for each title for the latest updates.
