Publisher Vsoo Games has released "Stamperor! The Jester's Decree," a decision-based city-building game developed by Moon Mind Studio, for PC (Steam).
Use the power of stamps to prevent the empire’s collapse!
The game’s protagonist is an alien jester who, by a twist of fate, has become the empire’s interim emperor. In the game, you must prevent the empire’s collapse by approving or rejecting petitions and proposals from various characters—including citizens seeking housing, merchants offering investments, and military officers requesting reinforcements.
You can use stamps with special effects on these proposals—such as “Discount” to reduce costs, “Duplicate” to double the effect, or “Reverse” to swap positive and negative outcomes. You’ll also need to manage the balance of funds, food, happiness, public order, and population, and you can gain synergistic effects by strategically placing facilities throughout the empire.
Additionally, events such as sandstorms, earthquakes, and inflation—as well as attacks by giant desert worms and the discovery of mysterious mineral veins—will occur during gameplay. By completing missions and challenges, you’ll unlock new stamps and characters, allowing you to try out a new build for your reign the next time you play.
