On November 5, Rant Gaming Studios released the first gameplay trailer for *Fragmentary Order*, a new hardcore sci-fi shooter developed by *Escape from Tarkov* game director Nikita Buyanov, and launched “Prime Batch,” a paid closed beta program.
Control “RepEnts”—remotely operated clones—on battlefields across the solar system—14-minute in-engine footage released
The newly released footage is an approximately 14-minute gameplay trailer recorded using the game’s engine. As previously reported in past Game*Spark articles, this title is a hard sci-fi tactical shooter set in the solar system in the year 2251, depicting a future where warfare has been outsourced.

Players control remotely operated clones called “RepEnts” and deploy them across vast operational zones. Within the game’s system, the loss of a “RepEnt” is not the end but a cost; “death is a business expense, risk is an investment, and combat is labor.”

Furthermore, the game adopts a hard sci-fi approach based on future projections, so there are no magical-like elements such as seeing through walls to spot enemies. The game’s mechanics ensure that using electromagnetic sensors will also expose your own signature (signal) to the enemy. Players must utilize large-scale maps with diverse environmental conditions, vehicles, drones, and smart systems to meticulously plan and execute missions with squads of up to four members.

Upon the release of the trailer, Game Director Nikita Buyanov commented as follows:
“We’re not just creating matches to play. We’re building a ‘world’ that will endure for years to come. Just as ‘Escape from Tarkov’ will still be worth playing 10 years from now, we want ‘Fragmentary Order’ to be just as playable and engaging 10 years from now.” (Original text in English)
