The Japan Stigmatized Property Monitoring Association and Loxarc have announced that the release date for the horror game *Japan Stigmatized Property Monitoring Association 4 -Japan Stigmatized Property-*, available for PC (Steam), iOS, and Android, has been set for February 10, 2027.
The Latest Entry in the Haunted Property Monitoring Horror Series
This title is the fourth installment in the *Japan Stigmatized Property Monitoring Association* series, in which players report anomalies while viewing footage from surveillance cameras installed in haunted properties. Players must identify randomly occurring anomalies by switching between standard and night-vision camera feeds. If there are too many reporting errors, the mission fails; however, the mission is successful if surveillance is maintained from midnight to 5:00 a.m.
It has also been revealed that the latest installment in this series, which is set in real-world properties, will feature “Russia Village” in Niigata Prefecture as a stage. Players can take charge of four properties in the game, and the title includes not only solo play but also a cooperative surveillance mode for two players.
Series-Wide Sale Now On
To coincide with the release of *Japan Stigmatized Property Monitoring Association 4 -Japan Stigmatized Property-*, a series-wide sale is currently underway on Steam. The sale runs through November 3, 2026, and players can purchase each title in the series at a discount ranging from 10% to 20%.
