On October 22, Sano-gumi released the Steam version of *Yumemiru Sakura no Sotsugyō-shiki* (Sakura’s Dreamy Graduation Ceremony), developed by Aa Uozu Pegi.
Dialogue that changes depending on the order in which you speak to characters; a graduation ceremony that unravels with each playthrough
This game is a short horror visual novel set on the day of a graduation ceremony.
The story features three close friends: Sakura, Shion, and Hina. The player chooses whether Sakura speaks to Shion or Hina first, advancing the story. Depending on the order in which you speak to them, the dialogue changes, revealing the relationships between the three from different perspectives.

At first glance, it’s a cute visual novel depicting a peaceful graduation ceremony, but once you’ve finished talking to both of them, the screen unnaturally fades to black, and you’re sent back to the title screen.
When you play again, the conversations have changed slightly, and this eventually leads to a major upheaval. For some reason, the smiles fade from the faces of Sakura’s friends—who should care deeply for her. The repeating graduation ceremony gradually transforms into a nightmare.

The characters are Sakura, who is shy but cares deeply for her friends; Shion, who is kind and well-liked by her classmates; and Hina, the cheerful life of the party. The trio’s emotions are conveyed through pixel-art stills and varying facial expressions, and the game also incorporates sound effects designed to create a sense of psychological pressure.
Playtime is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, and the main story is presented in a text-based format without voice acting (voice acting is under consideration for future updates).

Based on the free version from unityroom, with added stills and bonus episodes
This title is the commercial version of a game originally released for free as a browser version on unityroom on August 27, 2026. The Steam version includes additional stills and new scenes, as well as bonus episodes and short stories unlocked after completing the game, achievements, and a jukebox in the gallery.
The presentation and UI for the “Dream” segments have also been enhanced, and the game now supports controllers. Please note that the unityroom version will remain available for free even after the Steam version’s release.

Peginn, the scenario writer, commented that she wrote the bonus episode specifically for this release. She noted that it touches on aspects not revealed in the unityroom version, and that reading it will deepen your understanding of the characters. She added, “The three of them are definitely friends.”
Comment from Peginn
I wrote an additional bonus episode in preparation for this release. It touches on aspects that weren’t made clear in the unityroom version, and I believe reading it will give you a deeper understanding of the characters. The three of them are definitely friends.
Please note that the store page includes a warning that the game contains horror, gore, and content that may be emotionally distressing.
