COSMICPUP STUDIO has announced its new open-world RPG, *The Human Fantasia Project*.
Welcome to Elysian
This open-world RPG is set in “Elysian,” a city where humans coexist with beings known as “Fushigi.”
Players take on the role of a Special Investigator certified by the Elysian Investigation Bureau, rushing around the city to fulfill requests from both humans and the “Fushigi.”
The newly released trailer shows the player—wearing a paper bag over their head—exploring the city alongside their assistant, Arabella, a “Fushigi in the form of clothing who lives inside a painting,” as well as rushing around to solve a case in which humans are being turned into gingerbread men.
Battles are in a 3D action style. You’ll launch high-speed attacks while timing your guards against enemy strikes and switching between party members in real time. If you’re caught by this boss, a roulette appears; landing on a red square will deal massive damage.
Here is a battle against the “Nightingale Girls.” Since it’s a simultaneous fight against eight enemies, I’m switching to a character skilled in area-of-effect attacks to deal damage.
*Human Fantasia*, developed by a Tencent-affiliated studio, is currently in development for PC (Steam/Epic Games Store), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Pre-registration is now open on the official website.
