Celery Emblem has released a demo version of the dark fantasy puzzle game "TETRIC" on Steam.
Block Puzzle × Medieval Dark Fantasy
Set in a dark fantasy world, this puzzle game—which the developer describes as “Tetris-style”—challenges players to defeat monsters and navigate a labyrinth using blocks.
A CRT-like effect is applied so heavily across the entire screen that text appears to bleed, creating a truly striking visual impact. Additionally, the artwork for monsters and backgrounds was created in collaboration with the developer’s father.

Generate blocks on the grid in the lower-left corner, then drag the mouse on the grid in the upper-right corner to set the direction and launch them. The skull-marked blocks represent the enemies’ health, and you can clear them by lining up two or more of the same color. Since the left and right edges of the screen are looped, launching a block to the left allows you to aim it toward the right side.

By dragging the mouse while generating blocks, you can create chains of up to five connected blocks.
If you can aim and launch blocks to fit the shape of the board, you’ll experience the exhilarating feeling of clearing multiple skull blocks at once. Additionally, in the shop, you can purchase items such as those that allow you to fill blocks with a specific color instead of the color automatically assigned when they’re generated. You can earn the gold needed for purchases by defeating enemies.

This game supports online leaderboards. The special challenge floor known as the 666th floor of the dungeon is an extremely difficult challenge—only the player ranked number one can attempt it.

Incidentally, the developer of this game is also currently working on the horror soccer game *FEAR FA 98*. It’s said that the latest information on *FEAR FA 98* is hidden within the demo, but you’ll have to search every nook and cranny to find it.
A demo for *TETRIC* is currently available on PC (Steam). The full game will be released on October 27.
