The official X account for the “Japan Haunted Property Monitoring Association” series has revealed that “Russia Village” in Niigata Prefecture will appear in the upcoming film “Japan Haunted Property Monitoring Association 4,” which is currently in production.
“Russian Village” Added to the Watch List

This series is a “spot-the-difference” horror game developed by Loxarc, set in real-life locations. Players monitor the properties using camera footage to identify and report any anomalies that occur. The previous installment, “3,” also featured “Sugiya Ryokan,” a location known as a haunted spot.
Niigata’s “Russian Village” is a Russia-themed amusement park that opened in 1993. After closing in 2004, it became a ruin, and the remaining church and hotel buildings have since been featured frequently on TV shows and streaming platforms as a haunted site. Access to the site is currently restricted.

The release date and supported platforms for *Japan Haunted Property Monitoring Association 4* have not yet been determined. The series’ official X account announced on October 2 that the game is currently in production, and in August, the production of *Taiwan Haunted Property Monitoring Association*—set in overseas locations—was also announced.
