During the “Wakuwaku Games Newsletter: October 2026 Issue—Live Stream Special,” which aired on October 16, 2026, at 9:00 PM,Studio Dragonet announced that it had updated the Steam store page for *Lamia’s Bambina*—a project that had been on hiatus since 2025—and changed the genre from RPG to Simulation RPG.
Development was put on hold in 2025, but the team continued to work on the project using existing assets.
*Lamia’s Bambina*, an RPG in which the protagonist aims to revive the Lamia clan, had been sharing development progress on Ci-en—the platform used by Studio Dragonet’s representative, Sekiya dn—since 2025.However, in March of that same year, the developer announced a hiatus after approximately two years of development, stating, “If we continue as is, we won’t be able to deliver a game we’re satisfied with.”
Sekiya dn decided to develop a “Lamia game” utilizing the assets from the suspended project, and since March 2025, he has been regularly sharing game art and other content on his X account. And in today’s “Wakuwaku Games Newsletter,” he has officially announced the revival of *Lamia’s Bambina* as a simulation RPG.

Take on the Harpies with the Pair System!
In this reborn simulation RPG, players take on the role of Ivy, who has been summoned to the Demon Realm, and lead the Lamia tribe in battle against the Harpy tribe. A major feature is the “Pair System,” where characters are grouped into front-line and back-line pairs. Players can freely customize their teams—whether by balancing offense and defense or pairing their favorite characters.

In addition to Lamia and Harpies, the game features cute characters like fairies as well as familiar monsters. Be sure to pay attention to the fast-paced dialogue that unfolds in the pixel-art-rendered Demon Realm.
