On October 16, the indie game label STAYRESIDENT released a demo version of the concentration-focused visual novel *Fenestra: my focus, her future* for PC (Steam). A demo trailer was also unveiled.
Time spent focusing in the real world translates into the growth of a girl living on your PC
This adventure game combines a concentration-boosting app with the “Princess Maker”-style daughter-raising genre.
Players work alongside “Fenestra,” a girl who lives inside their PC, on real-world tasks such as work, study, and creative projects.Time spent concentrating using the Pomodoro timer translates into Fenestra’s “Intelligence,” “Sensitivity,” and “Morality,” contributing to her growth. When you start working, Fenestra also sits at her desk and tackles her own tasks.

She remembers only her own name and knows nothing about the human world or human emotions. As she works alongside the player and exchanges words with them, she gradually comes to understand the world.
In the full version, her appearance, personality, relationship with the player, and future will change based on the abilities you’ve developed and the words you’ve chosen throughout the story. Her personality will branch into nine distinct types—including “downer,” “clinger,” and “tsundere”—with nine routes and 20 different endings available.

The demo version covers up to Chapter 5 of Route 1. The Focus Support feature remains available even after the scenario ends.
The demo version covers the story from your first encounter with Fenestra up to Chapter 5 of the route where you nurture a relationship with her as an equal partner. Concentration-boosting features—such as a Pomodoro timer, to-do list, weekly habit tracker, BGM player, and ambient sound mixer—are available and can continue to be used even after you’ve completed the included scenario.

The BGM includes tracks suited for work, such as Kawaii Future Bass. In the demo version, you can enjoy a total of 43 songs across four playlists by adomiori, Embers Melody, K-NEXT, and Virtual Cat (more will be added in the full version).
There are 12 types of ambient sounds for work, and the developers plan to include more than twice that number in the full version. Save data is expected to be transferable to the full version.
This title is also scheduled to participate in the “Steam Next Fest: October 2026 Edition,” which will run from 2:00 AM JST on October 20 to 2:00 AM JST on October 27. It’s reported that the number of Steam wishlist entries has already surpassed 20,000.
Ikumi Hasegawa provides the voice of Fenestra. She brings the character to life, portraying the various personalities Fenestra develops depending on how she is raised. A voice trailer is currently available.
