Based on feedback from the CBT, we have adjusted the impact of gunfire and the difficulty of “HUNTING FIELD”
This title is a PC online FPS that serves as the successor to “Alliance of Valiant Arms (AVA),” which will end service on October 28, 2026.
This announcement is based on feedback received during the recent Closed Beta Test (CBT) and covers a wide range of changes, from combat adjustments to the addition of new features.
In terms of combat, the game’s fundamental balance will be maintained, while the feel of handling firearms and the impact sensation during combat (hit feedback) will be enhanced. Based on feedback received during the CBT regarding impact sensation and controls, adjustments will be made to increase the exhilaration of firefights.
In the new mode “HUNTING FIELD,” where players gather supplies and aim to escape, the attack power and reaction speed of enemy NPCs have been adjusted to lower the difficulty. The spawn locations and behavior patterns of enemy NPCs have also been revised to provide a less stressful combat experience.

A new feature, the “Black Market” (trading hub), has been added to allow players to buy and sell items. In addition to displaying the lowest price for a given item and offering detailed search categories, the feature will include a “Favorites” function that lets players register items of interest to track price fluctuations.
In addition to the “Bombing” and “Annihilation” game modes available during the CBT, several new modes will be unlocked. The custom room feature, which was unavailable during the CBT, will also be enabled, allowing players to freely create their own battle environments. Furthermore, a server selection feature will be added, letting players choose their connection destination based on their play environment.

Updates following the official launch are scheduled to include the implementation of an “Equipment Cost Limit System” and “Clan Features.”
The Equipment Cost Limit System assigns a cost to every piece of equipment and sets a cap on the total cost of equipment that can be equipped when deploying in modes other than “HUNTING FIELD.” The aim is to prevent situations where victory or defeat is determined solely by equipment strength and to foster strategic decision-making in combining equipment within a limited budget.
According to the announcement, the developers are prioritizing the prevention of excessive power inflation and the creation of a fair competitive environment where player skill shines.
Possible Improvements to Shooting Feedback Based on CBT Play Reports
Game*Spark recently published a play report on the game’s CBT from the perspective of a new player.
The article highlighted the lack of feedback during shooting as a particular concern—noticing that hitting enemies provided almost no sense of impact, and that HP would drop to zero before the player even realized they’d been hit. Since improvements to the shooting and hit feedback are planned for the official launch, we’re looking forward to seeing the results.
“AVA RE:BIRTH” is scheduled for release in Fall 2026 as a free-to-play title for PC (Pmang/VFUN). Pre-registration is now open on the official website.
