4th Branch has launched the Steam store page for its block-building simulator, "blockia."
Create your own masterpieces with over 120 types of parts—there are no set goals or “right” answers
This game is a block simulator where you stack blocks to freely create your own designs. There are no set goals or “correct” answers—you can play using simple controls by selecting the parts you like, placing them, and changing their colors and orientations.

There are over 120 types of parts, ranging from basic blocks to buildings, furniture, natural elements, and decorations. By combining these, players can freely create small street corners, rooms, and more. Thanks to the simple controls, everyone from children to adults can enjoy building at their own pace.

While there is no specific goal, the game includes a “Recipe” feature that lets you select a completed example to build from when you’re unsure what to create. By choosing examples like “Rocket,” “Rabbit,” or “House,” you can assemble your creation piece by piece by following guides for the parts’ shapes, colors, and placement.
Once completed, you’re free to rearrange the pieces as you like, so feel free to put your own personal touch on your creation. You can also reopen saved creations later to add to them.

You can take photos of your finished creations using Photo Mode. You can adjust the composition, background, lighting, and color tones to capture your favorite shot that truly showcases your creation’s charm.
You can view your photos in the in-game album, or export them as images to post on social media. Whether you work at your own pace or follow a recipe, you can create eye-catching pieces, take photos of them, and have fun.
The developer, 4th Branch, is a two-person team consisting of koeda—who developed the deck-building roguelike “ANTHEM#9”—and indie creator 4423. “blockia” marks the team’s first project.
koeda has been sharing development updates on X for some time, and it appears the game has now been officially announced with the launch of its Steam store page.
*blockia* is scheduled for release on PC (Steam) in the fall of 2026.
