A “Mobile Biker Gang” turf war unfolding in live-action Yokohama

This game is a robot-versus-biker gang conflict action-adventure title rendered with graphics reminiscent of 1990s games.

The setting is Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, depicted through live-action photography. While the “Mobile Biker Gangs”—who ride giant robots—continue to fight over territory, gang members are dying one after another due to the extreme crackdown by the “Japanese Military Police,” who rule the city in place of the regular police.

To end the conflict, the various teams form the “Yokohama Alliance” and aim for a ceasefire with the Japanese Military Police, but the biker gang “Red Rockers” rebels against this plan.

Players take on the role of Miho, a member of the Red Rockers, and find themselves drawn into a coup against the Yokohama Alliance. The objective is to defeat the four leaders of the Yokohama Alliance in one-on-one duels, but it is said that a massive conspiracy by the Japanese government lies hidden behind the conflict.

In the released trailer, low-poly robots and characters appear in live-action footage with a texture reminiscent of old video film. The line “One-on-One Fall—Standby!!” is also memorable.

No guns, no missiles—just bare-knuckle one-on-one battles between giant robots

The gameplay appears to be divided into exploration segments and segments featuring hand-to-hand combat between giant robots.

The exploration segments use a fixed-camera perspective set against backdrops of actual locations filmed in Yokohama, reminiscent of 1990s video games. Travel through real-world locations such as parks, shopping districts, streets, and under elevated railways, advancing the story through conversations with residents and investigations.

The story progresses little by little after each day’s investigation, gradually revealing the truth behind the conflicts unfolding in Yokohama.

Conflicts with biker gangs are settled through one-on-one duels between giant robots.

Players control the protagonist’s mech, the “Red Taiman No. 2,” and challenge the leaders of rival biker gangs using their own unique move sets, while expanding their repertoire with items collected during exploration. The gameplay centers on close-quarters combat where you read your opponent’s range and attack timing to land your moves, and the camera is positioned low—as if looking up at the giant robots—allowing you to enjoy thrilling battles.

Note that neither guns nor missiles make an appearance; it’s said to be a brutal duel where you carve your path with your own fists.
