AtomTeam, currently developing the latest installment in the post-apocalyptic RPG series, *ATOM RPG 2*, announced that to commemorate the studio’s 10th anniversary this October, it will be rolling out a major update for the original *ATOM RPG*, the game that started it all.
Co-op gameplay will be added at a later date
Update 1.2.1 will add weapons from *ATOM RPG Trudograd*—a standalone expansion for *ATOM RPG*—as well as weapon customization features, improvements to combat and companion AI, fixes to combat effects and equipment, and updates to the interface and visuals.Additionally, update 1.2.5—scheduled for release at a later date—will introduce the co-op play feature that will also be included in “ATOM RPG 2.”
Story DLC Coming Too!
In addition to updates, the story DLC “Plague Island” has been announced. Set on an island plagued by a mysterious epidemic, it features numerous new characters, quests, and various locations. This DLC is scheduled for release on Steam in October.

Stylish modes of transportation. In addition to traveling by plane and submarine, new ground vehicles have been introduced to replace the cars you had to leave behind when heading to the island.
