"Universal Modder," a mod creation tool that lets you create the mods you want using simple commands, has been released.

"I want to do XX in game XX"—AI makes that wish come true

This tool is specifically designed for mod creation; it utilizes AI to create the desired mod based on the commands you provide.

By providing a simple command such as “I want to do X in game Y,” an AI agent handles various tasks—from searching and analyzing a knowledge base to verifying the mod within the actual game and packaging it—ultimately delivering the desired mod as the final product.

Since this tool is specifically designed for mod creation, the AI handles everything from identifying the game engine being used and analyzing binaries, to decompiling code, finding compatible mod loaders, and even creating assets. It is now possible to entrust the AI with most of the specialized skills traditionally required for mod creation, such as generating 3D models or pixel sprites from a single concept image.

Several sample mods are available on the distribution site. These demonstrate the tool’s power through combinations of script extension tools and ReShade add-ons, custom sprites created with the tool, and the use of reverse-engineered sprite writers.

The mod creation tool “Universal Modder” is now available on the official GitHub repository.
