On September 30, KIC Games announced the details of the October update for the 3D action roguelike monster-collecting game *Rustil: The Eternal Labyrinth*.
Swimsuit Costumes Now Available as Paid DLC! A free update also introduces “Hundred Demons Subjugation,” a new mode where you must survive hordes of enemies
In this 3D action roguelike game, you control the protagonist, a young girl named “Rastil,” as she delves into the “Labyrinth Castle.” By liberating the souls of various heroes and imbuing herself with their skills, she aims to reach the depths of the castle.
All monsters in the game—including boss enemies—can be captured, incorporating elements of a collection game where you gather and raise monsters.
It has been announced that a DLC featuring costume sets—including swimsuits—is scheduled for release in early October.
From classic white to striped patterns and metallic bikinis, five different swimsuit colors will become available with the DLC release.
You’ll also be able to toggle the visibility of fabric parts on the waist and arms, as well as shoelaces. This DLC also includes the additional accessory “Nine-Tailed Fox Tail.”
In addition, the free update on October 1 will add a new mode called “Hundred Demons Hunt.” The objective of this mode is to survive for 10, 20, or 30 minutes, depending on the difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).It’s a survival-style game mode where enemies swarm one after another across a vast field.
In this mode, you’ll receive items and skill points based on the points you earn while playing. If you survive until the end and clear the mode, you’re guaranteed to receive an accessory item, and new accessories exclusive to this mode will also be introduced.
"Rustil: The Eternal Labyrinth Castle" is currently available on PC (Steam) for 2,100 yen (scheduled to be 1,260 yen—40% off—during the Steam Autumn Sale).The DLC is scheduled for release in early October for 490 yen (441 yen, 10% off, during the launch sale).
