On September 30, Bandai Namco Entertainment released the additional chapter “The Beach” for *Little Nightmares 3*, developed by Supermassive Games.
A Sequel to the First Chapter, “Backstage”
In “The Shore,” the story continues where the first additional chapter, “Backstage,” left off. Dime, the new character who appeared in “Backstage” and helped the protagonists, is nowhere to be found, so Lou and Alone set out for the lighthouse—their only clue.
The released trailer shows the two being chased by black, insect-like creatures and moving through underwater environments.
Story
When Rou and Alone, reunited, passed through the mirror, their benefactor Dime was nowhere to be found. It was just the two of them again.
Slippery rock surfaces, the smell of fish, and a clinging, damp breeze. Without a doubt, they were on “The Shore.” The light from the lighthouse occasionally cuts through the thick,
lingering fog. If they climb that lighthouse, they’re sure to find their way. That’s what Row’s
map says. It must be true…
“The Coast,” the second additional chapter for *Little Nightmares 3*, is now available as part of the “Secrets of The Spiral” Expansion Pass for PC (Steam/Microsoft Store),PS5,PS4,XBOX Series X|S,XBOX One, and Nintendo Switch 2/Switch.
