Astrobard Games has added a "Survival Mode," in which players must win their way through a series of battles, to the demo version of the fighting game *Generic Fighter Maybe*, which is known for its hand-drawn yet dynamic and fluid animations.

You can also enhance your character with items
In “Survival Mode,” you can wander around the lobby between matches to choose your next opponent, and starting from the second match, you can purchase various items from a food truck to gain an advantage in battle.
There are approximately 50 different items in total. In addition to boosting attack power, defense, health, and gauges, the game reportedly offers items that grant special effects like poison and freeze, as well as items that enhance mobility. Since opponents also possess unique abilities, carefully selecting your next battle is the key to victory.

"Generic Fighter Maybe" is scheduled for release on Steam for PC. A demo version is available for download from the game’s dedicated store page.
