Early access began today, September 29, at 7:00 a.m."ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE" (hereinafter referred to as "Ace Combat 8") began its early access this morning at 7:00 a.m. on September 29. However, the official X account has issued a warning regarding the bonus title included with the game, "ACE COMBAT ZERO: THE BELKAN WAR (Ported Version)" (hereinafter referred to as "Ace Combat ZERO").
The bonus title “Ace Combat ZERO” is available only with pre-orders and early purchases of the physical package! It will no longer be available after the release date!
According to remarks made during the staff livestream “ACE COMBAT 8 Information Bureau #5” (starting around the 1:16:07 mark), “Ace Combat ZERO”—included as a pre-order and early purchase bonus for “Ace Combat 8”—will not be sold separately due to fighter jet licensing issues.However, since distribution as a bonus is subject to the terms of the contract, this is why it has been arranged this way.
Therefore, pre-ordering “Ace Combat 8”—which is currently available for early access—is required.
