On August 24, Good Smile Company announced that the Steam version of *Neko Para: Sekai Connect*, developed in collaboration with NEKO WORKs, will be released on September 28.

This heartwarming cat-themed social RPG lets players interact with “cats” who have taken the form of beautiful young girls. It is the latest installment in the “Neko Para” series, which has sold over 7 million copies worldwide, and features planning, story, and illustrations by the original creator, Sayori-sensei.
In addition to the cats from the Western-style pastry shop “La Soleil,” the game features a diverse cast of cats from schools around the world. Players can enjoy a heartwarming story, as well as semi-automatic battles and a rhythm game featuring original music.

The mobile version launched on April 14, 2026, and the Steam version had previously been announced only as “Fall 2026.” Now, the specific release date has been set for September 28.
The Steam version supports data synchronization with the smartphone app, allowing players to continue on PC using the same account they’re already playing with. The game is now available for addition to your Steam Wishlist, and future updates on “Steam News” will gradually introduce the game’s world, its cats, and various systems.
New Cat “Mayumi” Debuts in Today’s August 24 Update
Along with the Steam version information, the latest update will be implemented today, August 24, following the end of maintenance.
The highlight is the addition of “Mayumi” (voiced by Asami Seto), a new cat from Sakuragaoka Cat Academy. A featured gacha where you can obtain ★5 [Uniform] Mayumi will also be available from the end of maintenance until 3:00 PM on September 7.
"Chapter 6: Sakuragaoka Cat Academy Arc" and main quests have been added to the main story. With this chapter, the story set at Sakuragaoka Cat Academy comes to a conclusion. Additionally, a "Main Story Addition Campaign" offering items such as the limited-time [Mayumi] gacha ticket, as well as limited-time training packs, has been prepared.
The “VR Cat Tower,” a feature for dedicated players, has also been expanded.Floors 201 through 300 will be unlocked for all four types—Main, Sweet, Pop, and Passion—allowing players to challenge the “Food Truck Battle” against serving robots. New collector boards will be added, and adjustments will be made to the matchmaking logic for the PvP “Food Truck Battle” at the same time.
As for merchandise, items sold at “Comic Market 108” and “Good Smile Fest 2026 Osaka” are scheduled to be available on the Good Smile Company Official Online Shop starting around the end of September 2026.New products include “Beach House Ver.” acrylic stands and B2 tapestries (Azuki / Coconut / Fraise).
