Wild Dog has released an Early Access trailer for the ramen shop management sim "Japanese Ramen Simulator."
The bald man eating ramen now wears sunglasses
This game is a ramen shop management simulation for up to six players, covering everything from food prep and cooking to serving, customer service, and cleanup. It was scheduled to launch in Early Access on Steam on September 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM, but the release has been delayed due to a delay in Steam’s pre-release review process.
Regarding this title, a notable character featured in the original trailer has undergone a change in the latest Early Access trailer. A September 16 article on Game*Spark included an image from the old trailer showing a man with a shaved head, glasses, and a suit eating ramen.
However, in the Early Access trailer released on September 28, a character believed to be the same one is shown wearing sunglasses instead of glasses, and the color of his suit has changed. His eyebrows also appear to have been shaved off. The previous trailer was also replaced with a version featuring the character in sunglasses and re-uploaded on September 24.
There has been no announcement from the developer regarding this change, and the reason for it remains unclear.
Scheduled for Early Access on Steam
"Japanese Ramen Simulator" is scheduled for an Early Access release on PC (Steam) in the near future. The exact release date and time have not been disclosed.
