Developer SlyBalto has released “Hyperboard Extreme,” a battle racing game influenced by PS2-era arcade racing titles such as “Burnout 3: Takedown” and “Blur Racers,” for PC.

Girls at 400 km/h

In this game, you can experience intense, fast-paced action as cool girls race at 400 km/h and take down their rivals with outrageous power-ups. It supports split-screen multiplayer for up to four players, and players can also enjoy a more free-form gameplay experience thanks to the old-school cheat code feature.

Key Features

  • Take down rivals to earn boosts and leave them in the dust.

  • Use intense power-ups to blast through everything in your path, including pesky civilian vehicles.

  • Supports local multiplayer for up to four players. Show your friends who’s the best.

  • A wide variety of racers and UI color options let you add a stylish touch to the track.

  • Experiment with free-form gameplay using the old-school cheat code feature.

With nearly 4,000 wishlist entries before its release and developed over two years of spare time, “Hyperboard Extreme” is now available for PC (Steam/itch.io). Note that this title is a prototype serving as the first step toward a larger-scale racing project, and it will be available for free.
