Wild Dog has announced that the release of "Japanese Ramen Simulator" has been delayed.
Delays in Steam’s pre-release review; new release date and time to be determined
The game was scheduled to launch in Early Access on Steam on September 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM, but due to delays in Steam’s pre-release review process, it was unable to launch as planned. A new release date and time have not yet been determined and will be announced via Steam announcements and the official Discord channel as soon as they are finalized.
The development team has apologized to fans who were looking forward to the release for the inconvenience and confusion caused.
The game had just announced on September 24 that it had reached 100,000 Steam wishlist entries. This marked a doubling from the 50,000 entries recorded just one week prior, and early access for influencers and media outlets had also begun on that same day.
A ramen shop management sim for up to 6 players
"Japanese Ramen Simulator" is a ramen shop management simulation that can be played by up to six people.
A key feature of the game is that it lets players experience the full range of tasks at a ramen shop, from preparing ingredients and cooking to serving customers and cleaning up. Players’ skills are put to the test through factors like the texture of the noodles, the temperature of the broth, and the time it takes to serve a bowl, and they can use physics-based plating to create their own original bowls. Side dishes such as gyoza, beer, and chashu rice bowls are also available.
