KRAFTON has released a video featuring developers discussing the cyber-noir shooter *NO LAW*, developed by Neon Giant. Titled “Freedom of Approach,” the video highlights how players can act on their impulses without interference.
Set in a Neon-Lit, Desire-Fueled Port City
Set in Port Desire—a port town of neon and desire—this is a first-person cyber-noir shooter. The protagonist, Gray Harker, a former soldier, longs for a peaceful life, but trouble soon finds him.
With a cast of colorful characters appearing on both sides—as allies and enemies—choices play a crucial role, and players are free to approach missions however they like, from stealth to a head-on assault.

Do Whatever You Want
A developer commentary video released on September 25, titled “Freedom of Approach,” showcases the various ways players can approach the game.
Developed with the principle that “allowing players to do whatever they want” is key, the game ensures that players’ choices impact the town where the story unfolds, leading to high replay value and the joy of comparing different story experiences. The video also highlights that players are free to choose the order and method of completing missions, and that the developers have put significant effort into the movements and reactions of NPCs.
The video also explains that the game is designed to be enjoyable regardless of playstyle—whether hacking, stealth, or combat—and that each playstyle yields a different experience. It further notes that the game is designed to respond to player actions as much as possible, reflecting the philosophy that “we don’t want to get in the way of what players want to do.”
*NO LAW* is scheduled for release in 2027 onPS5,XBOX Series X|S, and PC (Steam,Epic Games Store,Microsoft Store).
