“Idle Monkey Theorem” released! Test if infinite typing monkeys produce Shakespeare's works with the Typing Monkey Army

There is also a hardcore mode where everything is left entirely to chance.

PC Windows
"Idle Monkey Theorem," which puts the Typing Monkey Army to work to test the theory that "if a monkey types on a typewriter indefinitely, it will eventually produce a work by Shakespeare," has been released!

Ozymandias has released the incremental game "Idle Monkey Theorem" on Steam.

Form an army of typing monkeys and aim to complete a Shakespeare play!

This incremental game is based on the “Infinite Monkey Theorem,” which states that given enough time, a monkey randomly typing letters will almost certainly produce any given text. As the monkeys keep pounding away at their typewriters, you collect the words they accidentally generate and aim to complete a Shakespearean work.

The game features upgrades that let you increase the number of monkeys, speed up word generation, and expand the range of words you can collect. Additionally, Classic Mode includes a cap system to prevent progress from stalling too much.

On the other hand, the game also features a Hardcore Mode where progress is left entirely to chance, with absolutely no safety nets or guarantees. Other modes include one where players type the text themselves and another where the game can run completely on its own.

Now available on Steam

"Idle Monkey Theorem" is available on Steam atSteamfor 649 yen.
