Independent game developer KomeFukuro has announced that the new title currently in development will be called “Trash Picker.”
Pick up trash, throw away trash—and pick up scum too
KomeFukuro, who has previously released titles such as *Crazy Bloom*, *I’m a Part-Timer!!*, and *Weird Pool*, appears to be working on a new game centered around picking up trash.
The game involves picking up trash around town to clean it up, but according to the description—“Occasionally, scum will litter, so you beat them up and throw them away as trash”—it seems to feature a rather violent system.
These scumbags seem to litter somewhere in the city, and your partner, Mr. Marmot, detects them and alerts you with a cry. Speaking of Mr. Marmot, according to KomeFukuro, they’ll soon be holding a call for submissions for the voice of his “all-out roar.”
Since the video available on the post only shows scenes of picking up regular trash, we’re eagerly awaiting the release of footage showing Kasu being picked up. “Trash and Kasu Pickup” is currently in development.
