One or Eight has announced that it will release the Early Access version of the village-building action RPG *"LOL, the Demon King's Castle Is Right Next Door to My House lol"* for PC (Steam) on November 13.
A Village-Building ARPG Where You Grow Your Village Right Next to the Demon King’s Castle
This game is a village-building action RPG set in a parallel world ruled by the Demon King.
The protagonist, saved by a goddess, is reincarnated into the alternate world of “Luna” as a “Bounder” possessing the power of creation. Players gather resources from the barren land, craft furniture and facilities, and expand their village—which serves as their base.
One of the game’s most eye-catching systems is the ability to switch classes by wearing different hats. There are over 20 classes available, ranging from production roles like farmers and lumberjacks to combat roles like warriors and mages. By giving hats to villagers, you can assign them tasks such as farming, cooking, or standing guard.
However, towering right next to the village is the Demon King’s Castle. Every time the idol Demon King “Platinum Goldcast” holds a “Demon Frenzy Banquet” (live concert), hordes of frenzied monsters surge toward the village. The goal of this game is to defend the village from these fierce assaults alongside your villagers and upgraded facilities.
The game held a closed beta test in June. Furthermore, from August through September, an open beta test was held that anyone could join without having to apply.
Following these phased tests, the release date for Early Access on Steam has finally been set.

“LOL, The Demon King’s Castle Is Right Next Door to My House www” is scheduled for Early Access release on PC (Steam) on November 13, 2026. The PS5 and Nintendo Switch versions are scheduled for release in 2027.
