GRIM RONIN has announced *TOKYO WALLED CITY*, a retro cyberpunk stealth-action immersive sim that incorporates elements of survival horror and RPGs.

Neon-Lit Neo-Tokyo
In this game, players take on the role of “Reiko Kimura,” a mercenary trapped within a section of “Neo-Tokyo” enclosed by massive walls. Players will explore the city’s labyrinthine streets, rooftops, and hidden passageways to uncover the dark secrets lurking within.

The gameplay allows for free exploration of a meticulously handcrafted, multi-level city. Travel through diverse areas—from abandoned markets and residential districts to neon-lit alleys and dimly lit slums—and uncover secrets hidden throughout. How you navigate these dangers is entirely up to you.

Other highlights include an advanced stealth and audio system that realistically simulates visibility and sound propagation; a diverse array of tools and weapons befitting a cyberpunk world; and encounters with various enemies that require you to improvise and skillfully utilize your surroundings.

"TOKYO WALLED CITY" is scheduled to launch on Steam Early Access for PC. The Early Access period is expected to last 18 to 24 months, during which the game will be expanded with new areas and content, as well as improvements to the core gameplay systems.
