At "Indie World 2026.10.28," it was announced that a free update for *Mecca Chameleon* will be released.

A new mode supporting up to 24 players is coming

This game is a competitive title that combines drawing and hide-and-seek. It was released for PC on June 10, 2026, and the download version for Nintendo Switch 2 went on sale on September 10 of the same year.

This free update introduces a new mode called “Team Battle.” In Team Battle, which supports up to 24 players, teams take turns switching between the “hiders” and the “seekers.”Victory is determined by points: points are added whenever a player enters the “hunter’s” line of sight while hiding. The trick to earning high points is to hide boldly while avoiding detection. The team with the highest combined total of all players’ points wins.

New Stages and Body Types Added

Additionally, new stages—“Chaotic Kitchen” and “Paper Island”—and new body types—“Octopus,” “Metcho,” and “Polygon”—have been added.

"Mecca Chameleon" is now available for PC and Nintendo Switch 2.
