Wild Dog has released the latest update patch, "v0.1.63.19293," for the management simulator *Japanese Ramen Simulator*, currently available on Steam Early Access.

Ticket Vending Machine Added! Part-Time Staff Appearances Can Now Be Customized

This update introduces a new piece of equipment: the “ticket vending machine,” which unlocks at Shop Level 12. Once installed, customers will place their orders at the machine, and an order slip will be placed at their table after they sit down.Payment is also handled automatically after the meal, but since it occurs when customers leave the restaurant after eating, no payment is charged if you send them home early. A tutorial for the ticket vending machine has also been added.

A new feature allows for the customization of part-time staff. In addition to changing their face, body type, and clothing, you can also set the color and pattern of their outfits as well as use custom designs, and the UI related to part-time staff has been adjusted. Additionally, a text chat feature for multiplayer and a “time passage speed” setting (adjustable from 0.5x to 1.5x) in the World Settings have been added.

Options for the third-person camera have also been added to help prevent motion sickness, allowing players to adjust the camera distance. In addition to allowing players to manually adjust the distance, three preset levels are available. Furthermore, you can choose between a right-shoulder or left-shoulder TPS camera position, toggle the camera pull-back effect while running, and adjust the zoom intensity during topping.

Gameplay improvements, such as carrying multiple cardboard boxes

In terms of gameplay improvements, players can now carry up to three boxes of purchased items or building materials at once (excluding certain containers, such as noodle boxes). Convenience regarding purchasing and storage has been enhanced; for example, drink boxes can now be chilled directly in the refrigerator, and drinks with contents can be returned to their corresponding purchase boxes.

Additionally, improvements have been made to the tutorial, UI, and sound, and adjustments have been made to the multiplayer connection method. Bugs that occurred in-game have also been fixed. For details, please check the official patch notes on Steam.

"Japanese Ramen Simulator" is currently available on Steam Early Access. The price is 1,900 yen.
