"Happy Propaganda," an ADV game about speech control and the "censorship" of online comments in a communist state, has been released! Interact with the news anchor off-air as well.

Not a Dog has released the adventure game *HAPPY PROPAGANDA*.

"Censoring" Comments During a State-Run Live Broadcast

In this adventure game, you play as a broadcast supervisor in a fictional communist state, responsible for a five-day live broadcast on state television. You must review comments during the broadcast and decide whether to “approve” or “censor” them; however, deleting comments may lead to viewer dissatisfaction, while allowing them to air could potentially hurt the anchor’s feelings.

You’ll also choose which topics to cover each day, and the game features multiple endings that vary based on the choices you’ve made leading up to the final day.

You Can Interact with the Anchor

A rookie anchor appears on the state-run live broadcast that the player oversees, and you can also talk to that anchor off-air. How you respond to the anchor’s anxieties and true feelings will affect your relationship with them.

Furthermore, these conversations with the anchor are said to influence the variations in the endings mentioned above.

"Happy Propaganda" is currently available for Windows and Mac (Steam). It is 20% off through November 7.
