"Japanese Ramen Simulator," a popular ramen shop management simulator developed and published by Wild Dog, has been making headlines after a user created a "shooting range"—a feature not included in the game.
Is this FRS (Fast Ramen Shooting)!? Throw piping-hot ramen at your targets!

This game is a “ramen shop” management simulator. Players freely arrange cooking equipment and the shop layout, serve ramen, and aim to become a top-tier ramen shop.
The post by Hiritto (Bomb Man) that’s garnering attention began when Hiroto Nakajo, CEO of Wild Dog and the game’s developer, saw a video of a player “throwing” ramen at a customer from a distance and posted, “Is there a shooting range…? We haven’t even implemented one yet…”

In response to this post, Hiritō (Bomb Man) reportedly created a “shooting range” inspired by the one in *Battlefield 6*. The impact of placing seating areas and cooking equipment outdoors and “shooting” freshly made ramen at customers seated at a specified distance is quite something.

While this game bills itself as a simulator with “unlimited freedom,” this “shooting range” certainly takes full advantage of that freedom.
Furthermore, Hiritō (Bomb Man) isn’t content with just the shooting range; he’s enjoying the game with an idea that’s just too free—attempting to cook “Bomb Ramen” (blowing up the shop). It’s an explosion! It’s art!
*Japanese Ramen Simulator* is currently available in Early Access on PC (Steam) for 1,900 yen (1,615 yen until October 24).
