The roguelike RPG *World of Horror*, which has been “extremely well-received” for its cosmic horror setting in Japan and its 1-bit art style, has seen Ysbryd Games hint that the latest update for the PC version will be released on Halloween.
Is Version 1.2 on the Way?
Although the announcement did not go into specific details, information about Version 1.2, “AS BELOW SO ABOVE,” was shared back in February 2026. It was announced that the update would implement previously unfinished or cut content—including events, supernatural phenomena, characters, and the Old Gods—thereby increasing the game’s overall content by 20%.
Stay tuned for further updates regarding more detailed information and update schedules for other platforms. “World of Terror” is currently available for PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PS4, and Nintendo Switch.
