Capcom has listed the storage requirements for the Nintendo Switch 2 versions of the *Resident Evil RE* series, scheduled for release on October 16, on the Nintendo Store.
"Resident Evil RE:4" requires 29.0 GB of storage space
Capcom plans to release *Resident Evil RE:2 Z Version Deluxe Edition*, *Resident Evil RE:3 Z Version*, and *Resident Evil RE:4 Gold Edition* for the Nintendo Switch 2.

The storage requirements for each title, as listed on the Nintendo Store, are as follows:
*Resident Evil RE:2 Z Version Deluxe Edition*: 14.0 GB
*BIOHAZARD RE:3 Z Version*: 12.9 GB
"BIOHAZARD RE:4 Gold Edition": 29.0 GB
Incidentally, the storage space required for the Xbox version of “BIOHAZARD RE:4 Gold Edition,” as listed on the Microsoft Store, is 87.79 GB. Additionally, when attempting to install the game on Steam—including all DLC—it required 85.38 GB of free space. It appears the file size has been reduced to about one-third of that amount to accommodate the Nintendo Switch 2.
Note that the physical edition, scheduled for release on January 29, 2027, will be distributed via a key card.
