Ghost Creative Studio is currently offering a demo version of the turn-based strategy game *Combat Orders '42*.
Lead a tank unit and defend your homeland to the end
This grid-based, turn-based strategy game plunges you into a war where four nations vie for supremacy as you lead a tank unit to defend your homeland. Set in a fictional world inspired by World War II, you take to the battlefield as the commander of Green Frontier, a relatively young and prosperous nation.
In addition to standard tanks, a variety of units appear, ranging from high-speed reconnaissance units and supply trucks to heavy tanks and long-range artillery. The game emphasizes the importance of securing line of sight and gathering intelligence through tactics such as using flares and destroying buildings.
The demo version allows you to play the prologue and four skirmish maps. In addition to CPU battles, it reportedly supports local multiplayer. Furthermore, the full version will include a campaign mode where you can enjoy the main story, and an online mode is under consideration as a future addition.
Steam Store Page Now Live
The release date for *Combat Orders '42* has not yet been determined, but the Steam store page is now live. According to the store page description, Japanese language support is planned.
