Team17 announced *Little Prince Tyger*, developed by Saltitude, during the “Triple-i Initiative Showcase” broadcast that began at 1:00 a.m. on October 9.

A blood-soaked roguelike where you battle your way through over 1,000 single-screen stages

This game is a 2D action roguelike where players progress through stages that are contained entirely within a single screen.

Set in a dark fantasy world, players embark on a hunt under the queen’s command.

There are over 1,000 stages available, each contained within a single screen, with environments and enemies simulated using physics.

Challenges that test your precision, judgment, and quick thinking arise one after another, so the key to success lies in wisely expanding your selection of equipment and items. Obstacles that are not as simple as they appear await you, and along the way, you’ll encounter strange characters, each with their own stories.

The trailer also showcases precise action sequences where the protagonist uses wall jumps to evade traps

The released trailer showcases vibrant 2D action with pixel art. It depicts the protagonist progressing through stages by repeatedly wall-jumping, as well as numerous traps reminiscent of a precision platformer.

Bizarre boss enemies are also visible, and combined with the eerie graphics and music, the trailer effectively conveys the game’s dark atmosphere.

"Little Prince Tyger" is currently in development for PC (Steam) and is scheduled for release in 2027. A playtest is being held from October 8 to 18 (local time), and the game is now available for addition to your Steam wishlist.
