Mindware has announced that it will release the action-puzzle game "Lot Lot Lot Lot" for PC (Steam) on November 7, 2026.
Based on the 1984 magazine submission “Lot Lot Lot,” this title has been reimagined with the author’s permission.
This action-puzzle game involves swapping the contents of 16 rooms to manipulate the flow of marbles and aim for a high score within the time limit. It is for single-player only, with each play session lasting 3 to 5 minutes. All controls are handled exclusively with the mouse.

The original work is YUKI’s puzzle game “Lot Lot Lot,” which was published in 1984 in Tokuma Shoten’s “Program Pochette VOL. 4.” In 1985, Irem released an arcade version, and Tokuma Shoten released a Famicom version titled “Lot Lot.”
The CEO of Mindware states that, starting in the late 1980s, he repeatedly adapted “Lot Lot Lot” as a hobby for his own enjoyment. Since the original work was a magazine submission published under a pen name over 40 years ago, contacting the original creator proved extremely difficult; however, he was eventually able to reach YUKI and obtain permission.
The new “Lot Lot Lot Lot” is positioned as a brand-new title that has evolved in a different direction from “Lot Lot,” which had developed into a stage-clearing game.

Additionally, this title is the 12th installment in the “VIDEO GAME CLASSICS” series, which began with the PC-98x1 series game “Jump Bug” released in 1996, and also marks the series’ 30th anniversary.
The game features a high-score challenge within a time limit. New mechanics include rotating the board to drastically alter the playing field, and a system where swapping tiles in every room causes the wall in the upper-right corner of the screen to open for a limited time, allowing players to aim for massive scores.

Furthermore, if you drop the diamond—which appears only once during the game—all the way to the bottom row, your current score will be doubled. The developers aimed for a design that encourages players to make aggressive moves that directly lead to high scores, making them want to repeatedly challenge the game in short bursts.

While the original game was controlled using a joystick and a single button, this version has been adapted to be played using only a mouse. Additionally, it supports the USB MIDI device “M-WAVE SMC-PAD” and a 16-key expansion keypad with built-in LEDs as input devices for the 16 rooms.

The sound design is handled by Yuriko Keino, who previously worked at Namco on titles such as *Dig Dug*, *Xevious*, *Phazon*, and *Dragon Buster*. She is producing all background music and sound effects in accordance with the sound specifications of the arcade boards from that era.

Playable demo at “Microcomputer Infinite PRO-68K” on October 11
Also available for purchase will be a soundtrack CD with a Steam download key (3,300 yen) and an NFC-enabled mini CD keychain (1,320 yen). The latter is a keychain featuring a miniature version of the soundtrack CD; by holding an NFC-compatible smartphone up to it, you can listen to remixes exclusive to the keychain.
Ahead of the official release, a playable demo of the game will be available and pre-orders will be accepted at the Mindware booth during “Microcomputer Infinite PRO-68K,” taking place on October 11, 2026, at Akihabara UDX. Pre-orders for the soundtrack CD and the mini CD keychain will also be accepted at the booth on the day of the event.
Additionally, the game will be featured on the 16th episode of “‘Microcomputer Infinite PRO-68K’ Pre-Event Broadcast!”, which will air on October 10 at 8:00 PM. Guests will include professional wrestler and actress Anri Waka and WING☆.
