Developer Pixelsplit and publisher Sidekick Publishing have announced that the official release date for the roguelike action game *Deadly Days: Road Trip* is October 29.
Inventory Management + Van-Survival-Style Zombie Action Game
This game is a “van-survival” roguelike action title set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by hordes of zombies. It features a system where players grow stronger by managing their inventory—packing weapons into a grid-based bag and triggering adjacent effects.
Early Access began on September 22, 2025, and as of this writing (October 7, 2026), the game has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam, with 87% of 2,903 reviews recommending it.Since the start of Early Access, the game has reportedly added new characters, items, zombies, and areas through six major updates.
The update accompanying the official release is scheduled to include new bosses, characters, and items, as well as balance adjustments.

"Deadly Days: Road Trip" is scheduled for official release on PC (Steam) on October 29. PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are also scheduled to launch alongside the official release.
