The indie game development team Sakuragishi has released the management sim *Magical Girl Company~* for free on unityroom.

Even if they don’t return due to mission failures, the magical girl staffing business is a total nightmare

In this business simulation, you play as the CEO of a magical girl staffing agency, handling the assignment and overall management of your magical girl employees.

A major crisis strikes when the company’s sole moneymaker loses her license and can no longer transform. Since a magical girl who can’t transform is just an ordinary girl—and the business can’t survive this way—you’ll have to urgently post job openings to weather the crisis.

As the CEO, you recruit new employees from the resumes submitted and dispatch the magical girls to combat missions or media-related jobs based on their aptitude. You use the earnings to cover the girls’ daily wages while aiming to expand your business.

There are a total of 100 magical girls in this game. Each has different aptitudes and preferences for various tasks, as well as distinct personalities, traits, and self-promotional statements.

Each girl possesses a certain amount of magical power, which is consumed as she carries out her duties. When her magical power runs out, she automatically resigns and leaves the company in exchange for a massive government subsidy.

Furthermore, various troubles arise during their assignments, such as injuries sustained during combat missions or public backlash caused by gaffes made while working with the media. While providing aftercare for these issues, you’ll maximize profits by relentlessly exploiting the girls as disposable resources to secure government subsidies.

The game features a wealth of events—such as characters developing new aptitudes through work experience and random attacks by powerful magical beasts that, while formidable, offer high rewards for defeat—resulting in exceptionally high gameplay depth. Despite each playthrough taking only about 30 minutes, the game’s addictive nature makes it hard to stop replaying.

There’s also a ranking system based on your final cash balance, making it the kind of game where you’ll find yourself playing through it again and again in an effort to climb the ranks.

The management sim “Magical Girl Company~,” which depicts the ultra-exploitative world of the magical girl dispatch business beneath a pop and cute exterior, is available for free on unityroom.
