GameHunters and PlayWay have announced the PC business simulation game *Redneck Simulator* and launched its Steam store page.
Moonshine Is Just the Starting Point
This business simulation follows an unemployed protagonist living in a trailer home as he launches and expands a business in an effort to escape poverty.
The first step toward fulfilling this ambition is the production and sale of “moonshine.” By reinvesting the profits, you can eventually acquire your own ranch, where you’ll be able to expand your operations to include growing substances that’ll get you high right on your property.
Additionally, in the game, you can accept jobs—such as deliveries and pickups—from local middlemen. Completing these requests boosts your reputation, which can lead to new connections and jobs that pay big money. However, you might also receive some shady requests from suspicious characters.
You won’t just be running around managing your business—you can also enjoy a laid-back lifestyle in the rural town where the game is set. In addition to exploring the countryside, forests, and rivers, there are plenty of non-work activities to enjoy, such as participating in races, playing card games, and going on dates.
*Redneck Simulator* is scheduled for release on PC (Steam). As of this writing, Japanese language support has not been announced.
