On October 1, ZawaScript began distributing a demo version of "SUSHI PARADE," a hands-off desktop conveyor-belt sushi restaurant management sim, for PC (Steam).
Over 100 types of sushi! Aim to complete the encyclopedia!
This game is an idle simulation where you recreate a conveyor belt sushi lane on your desktop and run a sushi restaurant.
You can freely configure the conveyor belt—whether you extend it in a spiral or arrange it to form letters, the design is entirely up to you. Hire sushi chefs, source new sushi varieties, serve sushi while keeping track of your customers’ preferences, and earn coins.

With over 100 types of sushi to appear—including red tuna, salmon, and scallops—there’s even a rare “Golden Sushi” that appears only occasionally. The game also features a collection guide, so you can enjoy the thrill of aiming to complete it.

In this demo, you can play through the early stages of the full game. You can also try out “Lane Craft,” which lets you freely create lanes; while the number of lanes you can create is limited, the functionality appears to be the same as in the full game. Please note that save data cannot be transferred to the full game.
The game is also scheduled to participate in the Steam Next Fest, which begins on October 19. Offline, it will be exhibited at “DREAMSCAPE#5” on October 24 and “Tokyo Game Dungeon 14” on October 31, where you’ll be able to try out content beyond what’s available in the demo—so why not head to the event and check it out?
"Sushi Parade" is scheduled for release on PC (Steam) in 2026. A demo is currently available.
