PARCO GAMES, PARCO’s game label, has announced the release of the Nintendo Switch version of *Finding Polka*.
The multi-award-winning ballpoint pen art adventure game comes to Switch
This interactive adventure game challenges players to find “Polka,” a dog hidden somewhere on the map. The PC version was released in August, and this announcement details a port for the Nintendo Switch.
All illustrations and designs are created exclusively with ballpoint pens, featuring a unique world built up through layers of fine lines. The art style—which blends a warm, soothing atmosphere with stimulating elements like punk and psychedelia—has been highly acclaimed, earning the game a string of awards both domestically and internationally.

The Switch version will include a wealth of additional content, including new stages. This additional content is also scheduled to be released on Steam.
According to PARCO GAMES’ “Developer Q&A,” the highlights of the DLC are threefold: “New Stages and New Residents,” “Polka’s Romance Revealed!?” and “Jazz’s Road of Rage.” However, the content is subject to significant changes without prior notice, depending on the developers’ mood and schedule.
TGS 2026 Will Offer the World’s First Hands-On with the Switch Version
At the PARCO GAMES booth (Booth No. 09-C65) at the Tokyo Game Show 2026, held at Makuhari Messe from September 17 to 21, 2026, the Switch version of *Finding Polka* will be available for hands-on play—the first time anywhere in the world.Business Days are September 17 and 18, and the event is open to the public from September 19 to 21. Visitors can also try out *DEPERSON* and *Constance* at the same booth.
In addition, a campaign celebrating the launch of the game’s official Discord server has begun. Ten participants who join the server and post according to the specified prompt in the designated campaign channel will be selected at random to win prizes, including up to 10,000 yen in Steam Wallet credits and official game merchandise.
Furthermore, a campaign is currently underway where 10 people will be selected at random from those who follow the official PARCO GAMES accounts atXandInstagramand repost (X) or like (Instagram) the designated posts to receive up to 10,000 yen in Steam Wallet credit. Both campaigns run until 11:59 PM on September 27, 2026.
*Finding Polka* is scheduled for release on Nintendo Switch; the release date and price have not yet been determined. The PC (Steam) version is currently available for 1,500 yen.
